RABINOWITZ, Justice. OPINION. This appeal is from the superior courts affirmance of the district courts denial of Ebonas motion to dismiss. After the district court denied his motion to dismiss, Ebona enters a plea [*] of guilty to the charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of AS 28.35.030, while preserving the issue of the propriety of the investigatory stop which led to his arrest. We affirm.
