The Thirteenth Court of Appeals (Corpus Christi) affirmed in a published opinion, holding that the trial courts error in overruling the motion to quash the information did not prejudice the substantial rights of appellant. Adams v. State, 669 S.W.2d 339 (Tex.App. 1984). We granted appellants petition for discretionary review to examine this holding.
